Yolandé studied her undergraduate degree in BSc. Sport Science and then completed BSc. Honours in Biokinetics at the University of Johannesburg in 2010. Since her dancing days, Yolandé had a keen awareness of how the body works and how important it is to maintain it through movement and especially biomechanically correct patterns. Nowadays she is an avid CrossFitter and therefore more than ever before realises how important it is to keep the body biomechanically balanced in order to not only get the best out of training, but also to manage current and prevent future injuries and improve activities of daily life.
Yolandé is a registered member of the Biokinetics Association of South Africa (BASA) and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) since 2010.
